Ipek Utun

Ipek Utun works with Executives, Leadership Teams, Individuals and Relationship Systems to support them in achieving their goals, living and leading with full life energy and the fullness of who they really are. She delivers her services in person and over Zoom.

Ipek has been a Certified Shadow Work® Group Facilitator and 1:1 Shadow Work® Coach since 2018. As an Accredited Organizational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) she works with business partners and executive teams to increase dialogue, facilitate change, and strengthen leadership. She has been working with c-level and senior leaders and leadership teams globally from Southeast Asia, Europe to Middle East, South America and North America over the last 15 years.

She is the only trainer with ‘Elder’ status in the U.S. for Lewis Deep Democracy; a methodology for managing group dynamics, making it safe to speak up, deal with tension and conflict in a way that grows the relationships, build trust and lead to wiser decisions.

She is a senior leader of Global CIYO -Coming into Your Own- Women Leadership Program and has taken responsibility to kick-off the program in Turkey, Dubai, Singapore and now is part of the U.S. Faculty. She has extensive experience in D&I, especially in gender equality and women leadership. She is a guide-in-training with the Origin Teachings of the Delicate Lodge.

She and her partners have developed a two-year coaching/mentoring program for disadvantaged high school students in collaboration with OSGD and Turkish Ministry of Education between 2012-2019, trained more than 1400 volunteers to join the program and reached more than 11,000 students. 70,000 hours invested in the students’ personal growth which had a significant impact on self-trust and hope for their future.

Ipek is known for her high, positive engaging energy, sincerity and calm presence in the heat of the fire. She makes working with deeper patterns driving any challenging situation easy and personal or systemic transformation possible. Being a single mother of three kids is her fuel for personal growth and healing. She loves sharing what serves her with others.
