OUR RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY STATEMENT

Statement on Racial and Cultural Diversity

We, as Shadow Work Mentors, continue to be committed to deeply explore our shadows, both personal and institutional, as they relate to racial injustice. It is our intention to keep our hearts and minds open to understanding how our personal biases have affected Black, Indigenous, People of Color and those of other ethnic roots.

We are committed to keep pursuing change and uprooting systemic injustice in ourselves and in the Shadow Work Organization. We commit to learning from others and to exploring privilege, power and difference by doing our own personal Shadow Work. We do this by looking deeply within to bring about change and healing.

We will continue to value the inclusion of racial and cultural diversity and commit to living our values, by respecting every other human being exactly as they are, regardless of race, class, sexual orientation or gender identity.
