About:

This Arizona Shadow Work® Weekend will allow you to experience the Shadow Work® trademarked since 1994. It will include group exercises, an individual deep-dive experience and time to process and explore new insights and concepts to help you know yourself even more completely. Shadow Work is designed to let you find invisible barriers and patterns and reframe them into something valuable. As a result, you will gain the power of conscious choice.

This weekend is a co-gender, non-residential seminar for up to 12 participants to come and form a community of support for the work we do together.

You might want to do a Shadow Work Weekend if:

~you have been on a journey of growth and healing and want to do some breakthrough work.
~you are seeing a pattern with (or in) your children that you suspect might have started with you.
~you would like a loving relationship or a deeper one and want to work on what you believe about yourself that gets in the way.
~you keep trying and trying even harder to change something and yet, it doesn’t.
~you would like to feel passion and power light up in you again or for the first time.
~you feel stuck and want to understand what’s happening.
~you want to understand how to claim your anger, fear, joy, grief and ability to love and receive love in your own unique way.
