Shadow Work®, trademarked since 1994, is a fundamental tool for emotional healing. Because it is both experiential and in a group setting, we’re able to go deeper with our personal growth than we can alone or with just the aid of a journal or coach. And, in the nurturing environment of a group of women, you can explore the vast emotional landscapes within. This work is a key to unlocking the door to a rich and authentic life!
