Description:
This is a transformative workshop where all participants are invited to experience a carefully curated series of activities, tailored to tap into the spectrum of emotions. There is also a unique opportunity for individuals seeking a more personal experience – known as “center work.” During center work, the participant can explore their life issues with the compassionate guidance of facilitators and the collective support of the group.

In center work, the journey is entirely yours to navigate, guided by trained faciliators, and driven by your intentions and choices every step of the way. While we aim to accommodate at least 6 participants for individual center work, we cannot guarantee it for everyone. However, observing and supporting others throughout their center work can be equally profound, as shared transformations may resonate with your own journey.

This workshop is for you if you’d like to:
–Boost Your Confidence and Empower Your Voice: Unleash your true potential by embracing joy and harnessing the power of your emotions, including anger, as a catalyst for growth.

–Transform Challenging Situations and Relationships: Give your body an experiential “redo” so that you can shift your role in challenging situations and relationships that no longer serve you. Break free from unproductive, painful, or harmful patterns to foster healthier dynamics in your life.

–Deepen Self-Understanding and Harness Life Force Energy: Delve into self-discovery and unlock the full potential of your life force energy, allowing you to engage in life to its fullest extent.

Logistics:
This workshop is limited to 8 participants. The three days will look something like this:

FRIDAY:
ARRIVE around 5:30p to settle in. Start promptly at 6p (or earlier, if possible).
Discussion and group experiences of Shadow Work®.
Set expectations for the next day and check out by 9p.

SATURDAY and SUNDAY
ARRIVE between 8:45a-8:55a to settle in. Start promptly at 9a.
Answer any questions that came up and wrap-up any teaching.
The remaining time will be spent doing “center work.”

We’ll close with a check-out and DEPART on Sunday by 4p.

We will take breaks throughout the days with 60-90 mins for lunch (on your own- you can bring a bagged lunch if you’d like). We’ll provide healthy snacks, water, tea, and coffee.
