What I love about my work as a Certified Shadow Work Group Facilitator and Coach is the opportunity it gives me to help people identify and break free of long -standing limiting beliefs, and behaviours. And in the process to enable them to live more fulfilled, contented and happier lives.
Of all the personal development skills I have acquired over the years I have found Shadow Work to be the most effective. Because it reveals the deeper issues that underpin life’s challenges, it offers the potential to heal old wounds and deep-seated traumas and it gracefully allows for transformational and sustainable personal growth.
Background:
Diarmaid has extensive business and leadership experience following a 25 years career in management in top-class hotels in Europe and the Middle East. He spent five years as the Regional Director for the Academy for Chief Executives in the UK, Coaching and Mentoring CEO’s of major companies and organisations.
He models a calm and focused leadership style, with powerful listening and communication skills, interwoven with a wry sense of Irish humour.
Currently in living in Melbourne he enjoys spending time with his family and with his two Australian grandsons, learning the rules of Australian Footie.
