It is our intention to keep our hearts and minds open to understanding how our personal biases have affected Black, Indigenous, People of Color and those of other ethnic roots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to keep pursuing change and uprooting systemic injustice in ourselves and in the Shadow Work Organization. We commit to learning from others and to exploring privilege, power and difference by doing our own personal Shadow Work.
