\u2026 be at choice in your interactions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026 move from being in effect to being at cause of the situation<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026 recognize that their behavior is NOT about you<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026 identify and use your internal state\/reaction as an access to shifting your perception of them and thus be able to shift the dynamic of the situation<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026 use your \u201cstreet-read\u201d (your initial judgment such as they are too much, angry, snobby, emotional etc.) of someone as your superpower to transform difficult people into engaged team members, good friends, nice neighbors, and productive colleagues.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

There is a wide range of behaviors that we perceive as being difficult in other people, and in this training we will look at the 12 different types.
