Barry, Cliff, and Whalen, Mary Ellen Blandford. The Tombstone Process. Boulder, CO: Shadow Work® Seminars, Inc., 2002.
Transform your core issues using this guided visualization.
A shadow is a repressed part of ourselves. A part we don’t have easy access to. If you have ever thought, “I’m no good at relationships,” or “I’m just no good,” this is often a shadow at work in your unconscious. The Tombstone Process can help you release the gold hiding in your shadows, creating a pathway for transforming many core issues.
WHY DOES THIS WORK?
We are beings who love. We bond through loving. It is our most fundamental survival instinct. And because of this, some of our core personality traits are tied to our ability to love — for example, our power, our self-esteem, our sense of who we are, or our creativity. These traits can become unconsciously attached to our sense of how well we love, especially when we are young. And if for some reason we get the message that there’s something wrong with the way we love, these traits can get “thrown into shadow,” where they languish like lost gold.
This CD will show you that, in fact, you have been loving more than you knew, and loving with everything you had.
The voices of skilled facilitators Cliff Barry and Mary Ellen Whalen will guide you through the steps of this tender healing process that could change your life.
This CD is not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. This CD contains strong emotional content.
