Shari Marbois

Shari Marbois is dedicated to fostering environments where individuals are empowered to lead authentic, connected, purposeful, and joyful lives. With over 20 years of experience, Shari has developed and led numerous experiential programs that blend acceptance and challenge—encouraging participants to embrace their present circumstances while motivating them to take bold steps towards their future goals.

Throughout her career, Shari has co-created a variety of transformative experiences for women and men, leading more than 75 weekend events and over facilitating over 1,000 Shadow Work® processes. Additionally, she has designed and implemented a comprehensive year-long group program that enhances emotional awareness, personal accountability, and communication skills.

Shari has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, delivering programs focused on emotional intelligence, personal mastery, and change management for both individuals and teams. In 2019, she co-founded Liminal, an organization committed to advancing personal and organizational development.

As a co-founder of Liminal Systems, she creates and facilitates experiences for individuals and organizations designed to catalyze authentic, active, and aligned leadership.
