Certified Shadow Work® Group Facilitator
In 1988, Jeff Manchester left a “Big-6” consulting firm to become a co-founder of a highly successful computer consulting business. From 1988 through 1995, Jeff’s business grew rapidly, recognized by Inc. magazine’s Fastest Growing 500 Companies list in 1992 and 1994. He later sold his business to a large, multinational, computer consulting company and, after providing his support and leadership to the merger, left his computer-consulting career.
Jeff then started his own company, Manchester Enterprises, Inc. (MEI). MEI has provided Jeff with an opportunity to become clear about his passion in life, which is to work with individuals, small groups, couples and children to support greater self-awareness and more meaningful relationships through coaching, facilitation and retreat experiences.
During the past several years, Jeff has done extensive personal work, as well as facilitation with groups such as YPO/WPO forums, Corporate Executive Teams, church groups, Wilderness Expeditions, Shadow Work®, etc. He is a Certified Shadow Work® Group Facilitator and Coach. Jeff has added to these experiences other specialized training to provide a breadth of skills for any given situation.
Jeff has been actively involved with YPO since 1995. He is currently the Planning Chairman and the immediately past Chapter Chairman of the Florida chapter.
Jeff lost his darling wife, Toni, to cancer and has two children. He is an alumnus of Florida State University where he obtained his MBA and of Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio, for his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
