Gretchen really cares about living a full, meaningful, and purpose-driven life. She is a courageous adventurer and is willing to explore almost any challenge. Her core values include integrity, curiosity, authenticity, transparency, and gratitude. Her mission is to support other humans in their self-exploration towards living their best lives, and she’s willing to go as deep in it as they are. Although Gretchen tends to drop the “f-bomb” on the regular, she is highly-trained and skilled in conflict engagement, communication, and Shadow Work®. She’s trained and facilitated groups of all kinds of people internationally and throughout the U.S. Gretchen is a professional coach certified through the International Coaching Federation, has a master’s degree, and has run a bunch of marathons. And she likes to give high-fives because they’re fun!
