Ginny Foster is a Certified Shadow Work® Group Facilitator and Coach. She has been working with people to uncover their magnificence for twelve years as a retreat leader and trainer.
“The results of my own group work led me to train for Shadow Work facilitation. This process is non-shaming, totally supportive, and I love seeing the changes in people. What could be more fulfilling than seeing people reclaim their magnificence and recognize they simply forgot?”
“Working with people on an individual basis has been so fulfilling. The opportunity to do work with one person who has become a supporting guide has made a difficult journey possible for people who are not interested in doing group work. I love the fact that we can offer an option for interested clients, frequently sooner than a group session is available. Often after individual work, clients see the benefit of doing this work in a group setting and by that time they are familiar with the principles and the Shadow Work model for growth.”
Ginny is currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Conflict Analysis and Engagement and through that program has earned a certificate in negotiation. She is working on another certificate in Adult Developmental Learning. She has a Master’s in Liberal Arts from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina, which concentrated in Health Education and Promotion, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts in Exercise Science. She holds a Master’s Level Certification in Retreat Training.
