Genesis Young has a long history of helping people and wants to help you with coaching you to be the best you can be. I have recently retired from medicine and I am turning more attention now to coaching. I have always loved helping people with their psychological/emotional challenges in life. I find shadow work coaching to be a powerful method of getting to what you want and the problems and the issues involved. This involves sorting out the shadows and their solutions to allow you to see who you are and what may be a new way of having what you want. We identify the shadows together in a careful, safe way at your own speed and work with them, to find healing and personal empowerment. I am also able to help you through my psychology training as a physician and I bring along a wealth of experience working with people all my life. And for over 30 years I have also been working doing shamanic work and offer and am able to see from that spiritual point of view, ways to help as well. I work with empathy and honest communication from the field of nonviolent communication, bringing that point of view also to your coaching session.
