What I love most about being a Shadow Work Coach is seeing the faces of my clients after a coaching session. Eyes shining, a definite shift from when I first meet them.

It gives me great pride to be able to help people discover and integrate the parts of themselves they have consciously or unconsciously hidden away, in order to move to a place in their lives where they can be themselves and love themselves – fully.

Having spent over a decade delving into many healing modalities, I can say with confidence that I believe genuine Shadow Work gets right to the core of what’s getting in the way of us truly thriving.

I believe this is the place we must do our work.
