Shadow Types Workshop (in-person!)
Shadow Types Workshop will be offered Feb 6-8, 2026 in Loves Park (near Rockford) IL. This workshop provides an in-depth understanding of the 12 Shadow Traits that form the basis of our Shadow Types personality and profile. Learning these traits enables us to understand ourselves and others better.
You will leave with a broader understanding of yourself. You will gain insight into your routine, habits, and coping strategies. You will come away from this workshop owning your strengths and shadows equally in a grace filled way.
This workshop is “classroom style” and will be filled with lots of discussion and connection with one another! Open to women and men!

- Sunday, Feb 8: 9am-4pm
