Shadow Work® Foundations Workshop in Boise, ID
Shadow Work Foundations is a two-day training that blends essential teachings with guided experiential practices to support real understanding — in the body, not just the mind.
If you’re thinking you want to learn how to facilitate this potent work, this offering will introduce you to the core Shadow Work® concepts, shared language, and foundational facilitation principles, along with select guided processes to help ground the learning experientially. While this training serves as meaningful preparation for the Basic Shadow Work® Facilitator Training, it is not limited to future facilitators. It is also well-suited for therapists, coaches, leaders, and anyone curious about Original Shadow Work®, conscious relationship, or embodied self-awareness.
This training does not promise instant transformation, though participants will leave meaningfully impacted and feeling hopeful. It offers orientation, awareness, and foundational understanding… the soil from which deeper work can grow.
No prior Shadow Work® experience required.
What you will experience:
-Explore the basic objectives associated with at least two of the BFT process types (Warrior Run and Ideal Support).
-Learn components of the Shadow Work® model and how it can apply to your life.
-Experience group Shadow Work® processes for deeply transformative healing.
-Witness two facilitated individual processes within a supportive and constructive environment. The basic concepts will be experienced in real-time followed by teaching moments from experienced facilitators and trainers.
