Equilibrium for Women

Your relationship with the masculine has shaped you—whether through its presence, its absence, its strength, or its wounding. We all adapt to what we’ve experienced, developing ways to protect ourselves, maintain connection, find safety, or navigate power. But the adaptations that once served us can ultimately limit how we relate to men, authority, intimacy, our own power, and ultimately ourselves.
Equilibrium for Women is an immersive weekend experience designed to uncover these unconscious patterns and explore what lies beneath them. Through experiential exercises, guided reflection, somatic practices, and facilitated Shadow Work® processes, you’ll uncover the hidden patterns and emotions shaping how you relate to the masculine, internal and external, and gain greater freedom to respond from choice rather than old adaptations.
This is not about blaming men or becoming more independent from them. It’s about developing the capacity to engage the masculine without shrinking, hardening, controlling, or losing yourself—and discovering a more grounded, trusting, and integrated way of being.
Equilibrium is led by Shari Marbois and Chris Mosher, certified Shadow Work® facilitators with over 20 years of leading experiential weekends. They facilitate all Shadow Work® process work. The space is staffed by trained men and women who have completed their own Equilibrium journey. They serve as grounded witnesses and support as you walk through this journey.
The weekend is residential and the fees include 2 nights lodging, all meals and snacks, and weekend materials.
