Equilibrium for Men

Your relationship with the feminine has shaped you—whether through its presence, its absence, its nurture, or its wounding. We all adapt to what we’ve experienced, developing ways to protect ourselves, maintain connection, find safety, or navigate power. But the adaptations that once served us can ultimately limit how we relate to women, intimacy, vulnerability, our own power, and ultimately ourselves.
Equilibrium for Men is an immersive weekend experience designed to uncover these unconscious patterns and explore what lies beneath them. Through experiential exercises, guided reflection, somatic practices, and facilitated Shadow Work® processes, you’ll uncover the hidden patterns, emotions, and parts of yourself shaped in relationship with the feminine—and gain greater freedom to respond from choice rather than old adaptations.
This weekend is a threshold. It is not about blaming women, fixing women, or becoming dominant or passive. It is about integration—reclaiming the parts of yourself that were fractured in relationship and becoming a man who is no longer governed by shame, resentment, fear, or unconscious need. You’ll develop a more grounded sense of masculine strength and the ability to engage women without losing yourself, while cultivating a deeper internal equilibrium—steady, connected, and whole whether you are with a woman or alone.
Equilibrium is led by Chris Mosher and Shari Marbois, certified Shadow Work® facilitators with over 20 years of leading experiential weekends. They facilitate all Shadow Work® process work. The space is staffed by trained men and women who have completed their own Equilibrium journey, serving as grounded witnesses and support throughout the weekend.
The weekend is residential and the cost include 2 nights lodging, all meals and snacks, and weekend materials.
