We are delighted to offer you an opportunity to learn the full set of Shadow Work® processes and tools, entirely online, from the comfort of your own home.

We understand that some of you seek to incorporate thesee transformative tools into your existing therapy or coaching practices, without the necessity of Shadow Work® certification or the use of the Shadow Work® name for marketing purposes. Whether you wish to enhance your private practice or bring deeper transformational experiences to the weekends of other organizations, this training is designed to meet you where you are.

And should you choose to pursue full certification at any point, the certification track will remain available to you.

The Power of Shadow Work®
Shadow Work offers profound methods for bringing into the light the valuable parts of yourself that have been repressed, denied, or disowned. Through this work, you gain greater capacity, balance, and choice in your life. You will also discover how the strategic use of symbolic space can catalyze transformation for both yourself and others.

This training is comprehensive. You can expect to gain:

> A solid grounding in the basic Shadow Work facilitation skills, based on the Four-Quarter Model.

> New insights into the art of facilitation, including refined ways of perceiving and working with shadow material.

> Direct learning from master trainers who transparently model how to harness one’s own shadows to facilitate safely and effectively.

> A professional toolkit of facilitation skills applicable across a wide range of personal and professional settings.

 

The Online BFT features 20 three-hour Zoom sessions, during which you will learn and then practice all the BFT processes, like the Pre-Process Steps, the Risk Manager, What’s at Risk, Ideal Support, Working in Support, the Switch, the Pull-Out, the Warrior Run and Ending a Process.

You will practice these tools with trainers during class and in small groups outside of class hours, ensuring ample experiential learning and mentorship.

Beyond Technical Skills
This training not only develops your facilitation skills but also invites deep personal growth. As you uncover and work with the shadows that block your ability to facilitate, you simultaneously liberate your own inner resources for living a fuller life.

Additionally, you will be introduced to the four basic “Shifts in Perception” that illuminate the deeper structures of the most challenging shadows you will encounter- in yourself and in others. You will learn how major shadows grow from specific wounds and how they can be unraveled and mended through Shadow Work processes.

Understanding what lies beneath surface behaviors gives you profound leverage for facilitating change, both for your clients and within yourself.

This is an invitation to join an intensive, enriching, and practical training experience, one that will equip you with essential facilitation skills, expand your personal capacity, and reveal the hidden gold within shadow material.

DETAILS:

Tuition:
The tuition for the Online Basic Facilitation Training (BFT) is $3,500.
The Online BFT provides a higher level of personalized instruction and mentoring than the in-person format, requiring additional trainers to support your learning. This deeper investment in your training is reflected in the tuition.

Scheduling:
Once we receive your $50 deposit, we will coordinate with all registered participants to determine the most suitable days and times for the 20 sessions.

If, after scheduling, you find that you are unable to attend a sufficient number of sessions, you may request a full refund of your deposit and opt out of the training.

We encourage you to register promptly so we can include your availability in the scheduling poll.

Scholarships:
A limited number of partial scholarships are available. Please inquire if financial assistance would make this opportunity more accessible for you.

Additional Requirements:
To participate, you will be required to sign a licensing agreement with Shadow Work Licensing, LLC to receive your training manual.

Prerequisite:
Prior to attending the Online BFT, you must have personally experienced Shadow Work®.

We strongly recommend attending a Shadow Work Seminar, which provides the most aligned experience with the facilitation style taught in the BFT.

Other qualifying events include: certain Shadow Work Coaching Packages, the New Warrior Training Adventure, Woman Within, Woman Revealed, Inner King Training, Crucible Project Weekend, Unleashed Weekend, Unknown Weekend, Women in Power, Priestess Path, Battle Cry, and other events where Shadow Work® is utilized.

 

Important Information for Those Seeking Certification

If you plan to pursue certification as a Shadow Work® Facilitator or Coach:

After completing the Online BFT, you will need to attend the Advanced Facilitator Training Prerequisite Seminar (AFT-PS) before enrolling in the Advanced Facilitator Training (AFT).
The AFT-PS is a separate training with its own tuition and expenses.

If you are not seeking certification, you may proceed directly from the Online BFT to the Online Advanced Facilitator Training (AFT) and then to the Online Shame Lifters Training (SLT) without attending any in-person trainings.

We have adapted the flow of our training programs to serve individuals who:

> Do not wish to advertise their work using the Shadow Work® name.

> Do not need formal certification.

> Intend to integrate Shadow Work tools into existing practices such as therapy, coaching, or transformational weekends conducted by other organizations.

Your Facilitators:

 

Cliff Barry is the Founder of Shadow Work. He designed the Shadow Work Processes and is the creator of the Shadow Work Trainings (with lots of help from wonderful partners). Since 1988, his focus has been to train facilitators, coaches and mentors. He has been a leading voice in the development of the Shadow Work program as it has grown in the world.

 

 

 

Karin Green is the founder of Karin Green Coaching, and co-founder of The Dragon Training. She is a Certified Shadow Work Coach, Group Facilitator, Trainer and Mentor, and has been facilitating transformation though Shadow Work since 2010. Karin is also a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Karin brings transformation and empowerment though her Shadow Wisdom Coaching programs, and she enjoys being a conduit for her clients towards a more authentic and joyful life.

 

 

 

Shari Marbois co-founded Liminal, an organization committed to advancing personal and organizational development. With over 20 years of experience, she has developed and led numerous experiential programs encouraging participants to embrace their present circumstances while motivating them to take bold steps towards their future goals. Shari is a certified Shadow Work® coach, group facilitator, and trainer.
