Company Background
David Peter Stroh is a certified Shadow Work® facilitator and coach who has been actively involved in Shadow Work® for the past 8 years. He co-founded Innovation Associates, the pioneering consulting firm in the field of organizational learning, and is now a principal in the organizational consulting firm Bridgeway Partners.
David has 25 years' experience working with individual leaders and organizations in the areas of visionary planning, leadership development, systems thinking, organization design, and change management. He supports people to achieve the results they really care about by enabling them to connect more deeply with themselves and each other. Clients acknowledge him for his ability to rekindle motivation; integrate diverse thinking, people and organizations; and establish strong relationships based on his caring, knowledge and professional approach. His clients have included: Shell, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Amalgamated Bank of South Africa, Woolworths UK, the World Bank, and Pew Charitable Trusts.

Marilyn Paul, Ph.D., is a certified Shadow Work® facilitator and coach who has been actively involved in Shadow Work® for over 10 years. She is an organizational consultant and group facilitator who has worked for 25 years in the areas of organizational change and learning, leadership development and multicultural diversity. She has been a consultant with Innovation Associates and Arthur D. Little, and is currently a principal in Bridgeway Partners.
Marilyn is dedicated to improving the well-being and effectiveness of people working in a wide range of organizations. She is passionate about working with others to find new perspectives and original solutions to persistent problems. She has a special ability in combining a focus on results with attention to individual growth and team development.
Her organizational clients include a wide range of corporate, non-profit, government and health care organizations, among them: Pfizer, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Hillel and the New York Times. She has taught at Yale and Hebrew Universities and is the author of It's Hard to Make a Difference When You Can't Find Your Keys: The Seven-Step Path to Becoming Truly Organized, published by Viking Compass in 2003.
